A mobile, insulated hopper with built-in extraction conveyor
The conveyor belt in the floor carries the bulk product to the rear and unloads it at a constant, adjustable speed. That spares the product and allows unloading where space is tight, including straight onto a discharge conveyor or into an installation. The trailer itself acts as the dosing hopper.
Lighter, stronger, more efficient

Standard
Designed for intensive daily use, with a tare weight starting from 5300 kg
Fan & large volume
Capacity 60 to 65 m³. With or without fan and suspended tunnel for better airflow.
Fold-down chute
Extension chute, chute with dust bag or duo version, each fold-down. A narrowed outlet is also possible
Compartments
Carry several products at once and unload them separately. 2 to 6 compartments
Motorised tarpaulin
Pneumatically or electrically driven
Belt width
700, 800 or 1000 mm. A wide belt unloads elongated products such as carrots and sweet potatoes more smoothly.
Extra length and height
Length 10.5 to 12.8 m, height up to 4 m.
Hydraulic drive
Purely hydraulic unloading or a dual hydraulic-electric drive that lets you unload both electrically and with your tractor pump

We also build the belt trailer on an existing platform or container chassis.
Can't find your version?
We build the entire trailer ourselves: from the chassis, body and conveyor belt to the control system. This enables us to tailor every version to your operation: insulated or non-insulated, made from aluminium, stainless steel or galvanised steel, for on-site transport or road use. A special tarpaulin tube or winding system, an adapted chassis, an additional storage door or a specific drive system: anything is possible.
Has your trailer been on the road for a few years? Then we can still add options afterwards, such as a fold-down chute or a motorised tarpaulin.
Rent or buy used
We have a large rental fleet and regularly have used trailers in stock. Hire purchase is also possible. Ask about the possibilities.
